Meet the designer
Hi, I'm Olivia.
I believe the most beautiful homes begin with understanding the people who live in them.
Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2024 and founded Olivia Zietlow Interiors to help clients create homes that are beautiful, functional, and deeply personal. I earned my degree in Sustainable Interior Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, where I developed a thoughtful approach to materials, longevity, and intentional living.
My Wisconsin experience includes two years of home staging with Casa La Bella and an interior design internship with Miller Marriott. After moving to Santa Rosa Beach, I spent a year with Kristin Midgett Design. Along the way, I have contributed to remodels, new construction, furnishing projects, and the many details that carry a home from its earliest plans to its final layer.
I love seeing a project come to life from start to finish. By learning about your routines, lifestyle, and the way each room needs to function, I can create a home that not only looks beautiful—but truly works for you.

Project Alignment & Kickoff
We confirm your goals, priorities, desired investment, timeline, communication preferences, and the responsibilities of everyone involved.
Space Planning & Design
Layouts, materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings come together through a clear and collaborative design direction.
Design Documentation
Detailed plans, elevations, and placement guidance communicate the approved vision to builders, installers, and trades.
Ordering & Project Support
Approved purchasing responsibilities are coordinated, designer-procured items are tracked, and substitutions or design questions are addressed as the project moves forward.
Construction Coordination
I communicate design intent, collaborate with your builder and trades, and visit the site as needed and at key project milestones.
Installation & Final Styling
I coordinate furniture placement with trusted third-party providers and complete a final design review and styling of the areas within your approved scope.
